Our "Berlin" Wall has fallen!
Lately, the shelter has been very much like an anthill that has fallen into something incomprehensible. Previously, it was: breakfast – TV – yard – lunch – sleep – dinner – sleep – the normal course of time. Now, rooms and the isolation ward are being renovated, and the kitchen is being expanded all at once. There is a crowd of builders, with bags, buckets, dust, and noise everywhere. Today, we also started preparing for the peacocks' relocation! Because what kind of poultry yard is complete without them.
I am sure that only these changes for the better are keeping our girls and residents from burnout and depression. This way, they feel like part of a young, healthy organism that is growing and developing.
And of course, all of this is thanks to our donors. Thank you for believing in us!
